Mr. Dinesh Schaffter counts for over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Service sectors. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. and holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree (LLB) from U.K.

Mr. Schaffter was instrumental in forming the Kshatriya group of companies, a diversified conglomerate and is a Director in other Kshatriya Group companies as well. Prior to forming Kshatriya Holdings he was a Director at Janashakthi Insurance PLC one of the leading insurers in the country.He is the Managing Director of First Capital Group.

Ms. Manjula Mathews is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Ms. Mathews brings to the Board over 18 years of management experience in Marketing and Finance, both in Sri Lanka and overseas. She has a record of accomplishments, which includes accolades for managing The Montessori Workshop to become the 2004 National Chamber of Exporters "Best Exporter of the year - Gold award" in the large industry category. She is also the Managing Director of Kshatriya Holdings PLC a diversified conglomerate and the largest shareholder of Kotmale Holdings.

Prior to joining Kshatriya Holdings Ms. Mathews was the Finance Director at Janashakthi Insurance PLC one of the leading insurers in the country. She continues to be a Non-Executive Director at Janashakthi Insurance PLC and Janashakthi Finance and Investments Ltd, a subsidiary within the Janashakthi group of companies.

Mr. Fernando has over 15 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management and International Marketing.

Mr. Fernando is the Director/ CEO of Kotmale Holdings PLC, he held the position of Director – Supply Chain, at Hemas Manufacturing (Private) Limited, he served as Director – Supplies & Logistics and International Marketing, overlooking the overall International Marketing function of the company. He joined the Hemas Group following a career in Finance at Royal Ceramic PLC where he headed the finance operation as Finance Manager. He also serves as a Director of Kshatriya Holdings PLC.

Mr. Fernando is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). and is currently reading for Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
